One of the most important aspects of your pediatrician is that they be available and accessible to assist you when you need them.  To that end we do our best to guarantee same day appointments for sick or urgent care.  The best time to call for a same day appointment is between 8:00 and 9:00 am, Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 9:00 am on Saturdays.  We ask that you provide a brief description of your child’s symptoms before offering an appointment time so that we may schedule an appropriate length of office visit tailored to your child’s illness.  You may request your regular physician for same day visits or accept the first available time slot.  Please make appointments for all children you feel may need to be assessed, as requesting an additional child be seen in the time allotted for one child only adds to the wait times for patients scheduled after you.

 

Although we understand the convenience of weekend appointments, Saturday morning office hours are reserved exclusively for same day appointments for urgent care.  Chronic conditions should be addressed during regular weekday hours with your regular physician rather than the doctor on call for the weekend.  No appointments may be booked in advance for Saturday mornings. Please call at your earliest convenience on Saturday morning should you need an appointment as spaces are generally limited and the office closes at 12:00 pm.
