New Patients

Welcome to Bethesda Pediatrics!

Our office is always accepting new patients! If you are expecting your first child and would like to learn more about our practice, please contact us to schedule a prenatal consultation.  We offer consults free of charge with our providers on an individual basis, in person or via telemedicine, and occasionally have in person group informational sessions and office tours.  Please take a moment to see our provider profiles, take a virtual office tour, and call for an appointment.  We hope to see you soon!

If you have already chosen Bethesda Pediatrics to be your pediatrician, thank you!  We are thrilled that you have entrusted us with the care of your children and are looking forward to meeting you!

In order to expedite your first visit, we would appreciate you providing us with some required information in advance.  Please print out and complete one New Patient Packet for each child and forward it to us along with a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and all previous immunization records.  We prefer to receive all this information at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to expedite your registration process. It may be submitted via email to info@bethesdapediatrics.com, or by fax to 301.299.8933.  All other previous medical records may be sent to our office in advance or brought in the day of your appointment.

If the requested information above is not received in advance of your appointment, please understand that we may need you to return to the office for a secondary visit at a later time to give vaccinations or complete any requested school, camp or childcare forms.  This is especially relevant if your first visit to our office will be for a complete check up with an older infant or child or if you have vaccination records from outside the United States that need to be translated.

Upon arrival to the office please make sure you check in at the greeters’ desk.  This is where you will complete the registration process.  Please make sure that you bring the appropriate insurance card with you so that we may process your claims correctly.  Please refer to our Insurance page for a list of companies we participate and file with.

If your first visit to our office is with a newborn, please remember to bring any hospital discharge paperwork with you to your appointment.
