OFFICE HOURS:

By appointment only, NO WALK IN SICK VISITS:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm 

Saturday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, strictly for sick children only

For same day appointments please call as early as possible.  Phone lines open at 8:00 am.

Please schedule an appointment for all vaccinations and blood draws.

 

AFTER HOURS, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS:

A physician is on call 24 hours.  Please call the answering service (240.638.9739) in case of illness and emergency.  A physician will return your call as soon as possible.  For non-urgent questions please call during routine office hours.

 

PHYSICIAN CALL IN TIME:

The physicians personally answer all calls Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 9:00 am, Saturday 8:30 - 9:00 am.

 

CHECK UP SCHEDULE:

All newborns generally seen within 2 days of hospital discharge and at 2 weeks of age.

Infants & toddlers seen at 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months and  30 months of age.  Children and adolescents seen annually from 3 to 18 years of age.

 

MISCELLANEOUS:

Referrals:  We require the appointment date and specialist’s name to complete paper referrals, if needed.  In our phone main menu, press 2 to speak to our front desk staff to coordinate referral paperwork.  Please allow 48 hours for completion.

Prescription Refills:  Please allow 48 hours notice.

Forms for school/daycare/camp:  Please allow up to 1 week for completion.  Be sure your child has had a current physical examination and parent sections are completed before submitting.  There is a $20 fee for completion of all forms.

 

PAYMENT and/or COPAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF EACH OFFICE VISIT. We accept Visa and Mastercard. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO SHOW YOUR INSURANCE CARD AND ID AT EVERY OFFICE VISIT.
