Welcome to our Ages & Stages Questionnaires Online screening program!  At Bethesda Pediatrics, we follow the American Academy of Pediatrics' guidelines to administer standardized developmental screens at the ages of 9 months, 18 months, and 30 months.  These questionnaires help us make sure that your child's development is on track and can identify your child’s strengths as well as any areas where they may need support.  The questionnaires include questions about your child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills.

 

When we see your child is due for one of the screenings, we'll send you an email with a link to complete the appropriate questionnaire.  We ask that you complete the questionnaire as soon as possible, in advance of your child's scheduled well visit.  Some of the questions require observing or attempting to elicit certain developmental skills, which can be difficult to complete or answer correctly at the last minute.  The results and any recommendations will be shared with you at your appointment.
