Office Protocol Update

Montgomery County has now entered Phase 2 and the Cabin John Mall Building is again open to the general public. We are implementing new protocols in our continued efforts to limit exposure and keep our families safe and healthy. Preregistration will continue to take place by phone, copayments can be made online, and we will now have Car Check-in service at the time of appointment.

We respectfully ask that you please do not enter our office suite unannounced. When you arrive at the office building for your appointment, call our main number (301.299.8930) from your car and select extension 123 to check in so we can make sure there is a private exam room ready for you. Please wait in your car until you are called and given your exam room number. Upon entry there is no need to stop at the front desk; please go directly into your assigned exam room.

Please remember that face coverings are required for all parents and children 2 years and older. Please use the hand sanitizer station located at the entryway. Follow all standard social distancing guidelines and help your children maintain a 6 foot distance from our other clients. We request that only one parent be present during appointments and siblings remain at home as much as possible.

Unfortunately our curbside vaccine tent is no longer an available service due to foot traffic within the Mall Building, but we welcome back all our fellow CJ Village businesses!
