New messaging system

Yesterday we went live with a new patient messaging program. Every family will now have the option to choose among text, email, and/or voice messages for appointment reminders. You'll be sent a message in real time when you've scheduled an appointment, then again 2 days before your appointment as a reminder. We'll also be sending out messages to inform you that your prescription refill request has been completed or to let you know when your lab work results are ready to review. And don't be surprised when your child receives a special birthday message from us too!
