Check-in protocol change

All families should be advised that we are no longer utilizing the car check-in service. Patients should now come directly to the office to check in for their appointment with the front desk staff without calling ahead for a room assignment.

Upon check-in, please expect to provide a copy of your most recent insurance card, make your copayment, and pay any outstanding balance due since there is no check-out needed at the end of your visit. Please be aware that masks are still required for parents and all patients 2 years of age and up.

If your child has had a Covid or Flu vaccine outside of our office, please forward documentation for our records. Vaccine records can be emailed to the office at info@bethesdapediatrics.com.
