At times we are asked to provide letters of medical necessity when you are experiencing difficulty getting certain services for your child covered by your insurance company.  Please discuss such issues with the physician that typically does your child’s routine physical exams and provide us with as much documentation (such as consultation letters from specialists) that you feel would be useful.  We typically assess a fee of $25 for such letters.  Please feel free to consult our insurance/billing department for additional assistance.
