Each morning several of our physicians are available to personally answer phone calls between 8:00 and 9:00 am, Monday through Friday, and 8:30 to 9:00 am on Saturday.  This is the best time to reach your doctor directly to address non-emergency issues, questions and concerns.  We are also able to transfer you to the front desk to make same-day sick visit appointments or help you decide if an appointment is warranted based on your child’s symptoms.  Additionally, this is a good time to try to return phone calls from your doctor as we will be involved in direct patient care for the majority of the day.  We ask that you defer calls for well child appointments or prescription refills until after 9:00 am.
